Alien Vessel GUI
Alien UI is something that always fascinated me. It is difficult to pull off. On the one hand it has to be... well alien, unfamiliar, dissimilar to anything known. On the other hand it has to be instantly recognizable and decipherable in order to be believable. It's an interesting dichotomy, and a fun exploration.
This exploration was inspired by Mike Jelinek's beautiful project: VR Cockpit E.T.U.D.E
